What can you expect from us?

A warm and friendly environment.
Treated in a courteous manner at all times.
Active participation in their relative’s care is welcomed
but understand relatives may not be comfortable with this idea.
Nursing clients can expect to have their care supervised by a trained
nurse 24 hours a day.
Matron will be happy to discuss with any next of kin any concerns
regarding the care of their relatives – In certain cases we may need
seek permission of the client, depending on the circumstances of the
requested information.
The home is designed to give personal/-nursing care in a homely
environment.
Where possible, the matron will be happy to assist with funding arrangements i.e. by contacting the appropriate funding agencies.
G.P. visits weekly.

What we expect from you

Courteous treatment from clients and their relatives towards our staff.
Approach us with any concerns they have before they become a
major issue.
Provision of adequate supplies to enable us to care properly for your
relative e.g.
1. Clothing
2. Footwear
3. Toiletries (if not supplied by the home)
4. Prompt payment of accounts.
