Our
current fees are from £400 to £600 depending
on the level of care required. We also accept local
authority funding.

Payment
terms and conditions
Payments are 4 weekly or monthly.
Methods of payment will be explained to you prior
to your relative being admitted to the home. The basic
fees cover the previously mentioned “what is included”.
All other items are at additional charge. The responsibility
for payments being made on time will lie with the
person who has agreed to deal with the finances of
the client or who has power of attorney/appointee.
TERMINATION OF OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
YOU MAY TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT WITH US AT ANY TIME
DURING THE FIRST MONTH WITHOUT NOTICE AND ONLY BE
CHARGED UP TO THE END OF THE DAY ON WITH YOU MOVE
OUT AS THIS CONSTITUTES THE TRIAL PERIOD FOR
YOUR STAY. AFTER THIS TIME YOU WILL BE REQUIRED
TO GIVE ONE MONTHS NOTICE TO TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT
WITH US. FAILURE TO DO SO (EXCEPT WHERE A CLIENTS
PASSES AWAY) WILL RESULT IN US CHARGING YOU FEES FOR
THE ONE MONTHS REQUIRED NOTICE PERIOD FROM THE DATE
YOU EITHER LEAVE THE HOME OR WE RECIVE NOTICE IN WRITING.
WE MAY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT WITH YOU AT ANY TIME
DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD. AFTER THAT TIME WE WILL GIVE
YOU ONE MONTHS NOTICE IN WRITING.
